Japan Airlines delivers Boeing 777-300ER for Sydney-Tokyo

Japan Airlines has delivered Boeings 777-300ER instead of the awaited Boeing 787

However, it’s not all bad news for Tokyo-bound Aussies.

The airline’s latest schedule update shows that from December 1, 2014 through until at least March 28, 2015, JAL’s daily Sydney-Tokyo flight will be upgraded from the current Boeing 777-200 to the newer Boeing 777-300ER.

That long-range jet comes with JAL’s latest first class suites plus lie-flat beds in SkySuite business class (below).
